Monastery Creamed Honey is pure locally sourced honey in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Our creamed honey is 100% natural; it is filtered, so as to remove bees’ wings and honeycomb pieces, but otherwise completely unprocessed, so as to preserve all the health benefits of raw honey. It is naturally crystallized and has the texture of butter, so it is spreadable.
